How can someone boost their confidence level?

You can start by firstly stopping yourself from making any type of excuses for not being able to have any confidence.

Secondly, you try practicing this over and over again without quitting.

1. Focus on your accomplishments and not your failures.

2. Talk with people who consistently encourages you to move forward and stay away from people who don’t.

3. Avoid people who talk negatively about you and or the situation that you are in.

5. Elevate yourself to a higher level than now, while trying your best to always learn something new everyday.

6. Open yourself up to opportunities that will help you to become a more openly person who is very sociable, especially when it comes to daily communication.

7. Learn a new language and try your best to speak with someone in the language that you are learning everyday without quitting.

8. Do your best to get out of your house and do something interesting and fun.

If you were to take these advices and do it without quitting, for no less then one year, you will see how much more happier you will be than now, along with how smarter you will become than those who won’t do anything.
